A Wanna Train ambassador, the Yoga teacher you can find spreading her love for teaching across Bali is Ika! Teaching in four different studios, Ika really dedicates everything to her students and her own practice. Ika told us that she couldn’t imagine a better place to teach Yoga than in Bali, due to the diverse international Yoga community that comes to Bali to practice and teach. With a 200 Hour Hatha Yoga qualification and four years teaching, Ika has developed her flow and sequencing to dedicate each class to a particular peak pose, preparing the body and mind throughout the flow to end with that final uplifting moment – whether be through back bending or inversion. Ika describes her classes as both challenging and fun with a real emphasis on physical alignment – Yoga should be for everyone, and Ika encourages every level with varied modifications and support!

Ella, or better known as Yoga With Ella, has been practicing various styles of Yoga for the past 13 years and finally decided to embark further into her spiritual journey as a teacher in 2017 whilst in India. After her first training, Ella went straight into assisting on training and mastering her craft of support, physical alignment and holding space for those embarking on Yoga Trainings. Since then Ella has assisted on two further 300-hour training, whilst also deepening her own teaching and self-practice! Ella’s classes focus on transition through breath, really grounding, opening up and allowing fluid movement through inhales and exhales with hands-on adjustments and Aromatherapy Oil Shavasanas (dreamy)! Ella shared with us that her love for Yoga in Bali is ignited through the stories of other students who open up during their Bali journey, even if you have to say goodbye more often than you’d like – but practicing in paradise makes it all worth it.
