- Recently I formated my hp 2000-2116tu notebook PC and reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Initially I found a lot of network drivers are missing. I have gone through hp support forums and almost all drivers are installed except PCI Device and SM Bus controller. I couldn't find it anywhere.

You may check if you can provide us with the error message for the devices from device manager. You may refer to the below steps-
a. Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
b. In Device Manager, locate the device and then right-click the device name and go to properties.
c. Now under the general tab check the device status. Let us know the status of the device. Also you may inform any error code stated with the status.
Download and drivers
Since the computer came pre-installed with Windows 8, I would suggest you to contact HP support to get the appropriate driver for Windows 7.
